Frequently asked questions

Don’t see your question? Call or text (707) 485-4000.

How much does bulk water delivery cost?

Pricing depends on load size and water type. We price to be competitive in each market we serve rather than adding a distance charge from our yard — a Napa job is priced against what's competitive in Napa, a Sonoma job against what's competitive in Sonoma. Loads run from 350 to 3,700 gallons. Call (707) 485-4000 with your location and volume and you'll have a firm number in one phone call.

Do you deliver drinking (potable) water?

We load potable drinking water into our trucks, although we can't sell it as drinking water because our trucks aren't currently certified as potable carriers. Many customers with holding tanks and RO or filtration systems use our water. Call and we'll talk through your setup. Certified drinking-water delivery returns later this year — ask about it when you call.

How fast can you get here?

Standard deliveries run daily 6 AM–11 PM — call with your timeline and dispatch will find you a slot. Emergency service runs 24/7 across our full service area — if your tank is dry tonight, call tonight. Our yard is in Healdsburg, so Sonoma and Napa response times are short.

Can your trucks reach rural properties?

Rural routes are most of our work. Tell us about your driveway — length, grade, surface, gate width, and overhead clearance — and we'll match the right truck size, from 350-gallon units for tight access up to 3,700-gallon tankers.

How much does it cost to fill a water storage tank?

Cost depends on tank volume, water type (potable or non-potable), and how often you need delivery. We price to be competitive in each market we serve. Call (707) 485-4000 with your tank size and location for a firm quote in one call.

How often can you schedule recurring deliveries?

As often as your tank needs — weekly, biweekly, or monthly are all common schedules for ranches, vineyards, and properties without a steady water source. Tell dispatch your tank size and usage rate and we'll recommend an interval.

What if my well runs dry — how fast can you deliver?

Call with your timeline and dispatch will find you a slot. If it's a genuine emergency — tank empty, no water at all — we treat it as a priority dispatch; see our emergency water page for true 24/7 situations.

Can your trucks reach rural tank locations?

Rural properties are most of our work. Describe your driveway and tank location — access, grade, gate width — and dispatch will match the right truck size, from 350-gallon units for tight access up to 3,700-gallon tankers.

How many truckloads to fill a 20,000-gallon pool?

About six loads with our 3,700-gallon trucks, delivered back-to-back the same day. Smaller pools take fewer; a 10,000-gallon pool is about three loads.

Can you fill my pool if I'm on a well?

That's exactly when to use a truck. Filling a pool from a residential well risks drawing the well down or burning out the pump. Trucked water takes your well out of the equation entirely.

Do I add chemicals after a truck fill?

Yes — delivered water needs balancing just like hose water. Plan for your pool professional to adjust sanitizer, pH, and alkalinity the day of the fill.

Is this line answered 24/7, really?

Yes. Emergency dispatch runs around the clock across our service area.

What's the difference between this and a standard bulk water order?

Emergency service is for water that can't wait — a dry tank, a failed well, active fire response, or disaster recovery. If your tank is getting low but you have a few days, standard scheduling through our bulk water service is easier to book.

Are you set up to bill through a PO or net-terms account?

Yes, for established site accounts — ask dispatch when you set up service.

Need water on site?
