What we deliver
One fleet, every water job
From a backyard pool to a Caltrans highway site — the right truck, the right water type, on your schedule.
Swimming pool fills
A 20,000-gallon pool takes about 6 truckloads and is swim-ready the same day — instead of 2–4 days on a garden hose.
Storage tank fills
One-time or scheduled recurring loads when your well slows down or a water source goes offline.
Construction & dust control
Site water for compaction, grading, and CARB-compliant dust suppression — recurring service or on-demand loads.
Emergency water
Dry tank, failed well, fire recovery, disaster response. Our strike team dispatches around the clock across all five counties.
The load math
How many truckloads is your job?
Section subhead: Every quote starts with two numbers: gallons needed and loads to deliver them. Our trucks carry 350 to 3,700 gallons per load.
| Job | Typical volume | Loads | On-site time |
| Spa / small plunge pool | 2,000–5,000 gal | 1–2 | Under 1 hour |
| Average residential pool | 15,000–20,000 gal | 5–6 | Half a day |
| Large residential pool | 25,000–35,000 gal | 7–10 | Same day |
| Storage tank fill | 2,500–10,000 gal | 1–3 | 1–3 hours |
| Dust control (per visit) | 2,000–4,000 gal | 1–2 | Per site plan |

Straight answers
Before you call
Q1: How much does bulk water delivery cost?
Pricing depends on load size and water type (bulk). We price to be competitive in each market we serve rather than adding a distance charge from our yard — a Napa job is priced against what’s competitive in Napa, a Sonoma job against what’s competitive in Sonoma. Loads run from 350 to 3,700 gallons. Call (707) 485-4000 with your location and volume and you’ll have a firm number in one phone call.
Q2: Do you deliver drinking (potable) water?
We load potable drinking water into our trucks, although we can’t sell it as drinking water because our trucks aren’t currently as potable carriers. Many customers with holding tanks and RO or filtration systems use our water. Call and we’ll talk through your setup.
Q3: How fast can you get here?
Standard deliveries run daily 6 AM–11 PM — call with your timeline and dispatch will find you a slot. Emergency service runs 24/7 across our full service area — if your tank is dry tonight, call tonight. Our yard is in Healdsburg, so Sonoma and Napa response times are short.
Q4: Can your trucks reach rural properties?
Rural routes are most of our work. Tell us about your driveway — length, grade, surface, gate width, and overhead clearance — and we’ll match the right truck size, from 350-gallon units for tight access up to 3,700-gallon tankers.
